My Favorite Food List

It’s that time of year when everyone is thinking about what they are going to wear when they go to the beach or sit and relax poolside…

As an Isotonix Distributor I was introduced to the TLS Slim diet program.. it comes equip with a great website that has recipes and a whole community of people working towards the same goal…. and (drum roll please)  the food list… the most amazing and healthy diet!

I ran this program by (2) personal trainers and they both said, nothing amazing here… just good common sense. It’s basically a low glycemic diet.

Here’s how’s it works.

Detox Power Food List  – this is the 7 – 10 day food detox.  It’s not easy, but it will help you and your body kick the food cravings like coffee, carbs, sugars and fats…  PLUS, you will lose a lot of weight in the first week, as you modify your eating habits. 

Rapid Results Power Foods – this is the list of food you will eat for the next 5 weeks.  You’ll see that the types of foods have been increased and some fats and protein have been added.

Sure & Steady Food List – This is the last 6 weeks of the 12 week program.  At this point… You are on maintenance already… This is a very broad food list comprised mostly of healthy low glycemic foods…

Personally, my results were amazing… I lost 20 pounds and not only did I lose it… but even though I’m not strictly following the food recommendations anymore, I haven’t gained it all back!  It’s not like the Low Carb diet’s I’ve tried in the past because once I reintroduced carbs, I didn’t immediately gain it all back… this is a lifestyle change, where … after 12 weeks you will be eating more whole grains, and eating less of the junk that has packed on the pounds in the past!
